My stereo was spider webbing. I contacted the service department and was told the replacement price could be as high at $1200. To my surprise, I was informed that Cadillac would cover $1000! I actually paid less than the estimated charge- outstanding service!
I have been a Brotherton Cadillac consumer for a long time now. This purchase is my 6th car I have bought from them. I don't continue to come back to Brotherton just because I love their vehicles, I come back because they treat me like part of their family. Purchasing a car from the Brotherton family is stress free...
I arrived late and was still seen. Your employees were friendly and courteous. The requested service was performed quickly and professionally. Lastly, a concern that I had was addressed and alleviated.
I was happy with the service but dissatisfied with the vehicle. I have a 2015 Escalade with 65000 miles that I bought certified from brotherton. Since purchasing my car from here it has been in the shop for numerous repairs. Since May of this year I have had my car for three weeks total weeks and its August 5th. Its been in twice this summer for two major repairs. The cadelledic converter on one visit and it through a rod and several parts had to be replace on another visit including the head gasket. The two visits combined i was without my car for two months. The year prior I was without it for another month for the torque converter. Other items that have been replaced in the three short years I’ve owned it are, ac compressor, an ignition sensor of some sort, the master cylinder, and front shock. Brotherton has been a good dealership but I’ve lost confidence in Cadillac and if my car wasn’t under warranty it would be traded in for a different manufacture.
Once again, service failed. Had to return my car after the service was not performed correctly, causing me time loss from work. This is not the first time Brotherton has messed up my service. It also happened with my CTS. Paul in particular was rude and arrogant. So bad, I just sold my ATS and bought a BMW. Bye bye Brotherton and Cadillac forever. On the positive side, Marvin in service is a rock star at providing customer service.
Took over a week to fix my car. I don't know why the car needed to be aligned due to an oil leak but had to return to dealership because steering wheel wasn't straight. When returned I found new scratches (small) behind both ends of the rear spoiler likely due to washing with a hard plastic brush.
