Recently purchased used 2013 and have had nothing but problems. Before I got it home it started a front end stutter between low and 2nd gear. I have had it bad three times for other problems which have been fixed but haven't been able to make the car stutter on purpose. It appears now that it has to be driven awhile before it starts. I have company coming today and will be nice to go out in my new car, to me, and have it stutter down the road.
It goes without saying that Brotherton excels in customer service! From the service department to parts, sales, loaner car lady (aka Tricia) lol...Paul, Chuck and Ms. Brandee are all a great group of folks! The sales person was professional and personal. He was eager to get all our concern and questions and responded properly. I still like to see the improvement in the speed for the paper preparation. We had to wait long time after we already agreed the price and term.
Paul was very understanding and told me that they would be glad to change the oil in my Subaru Outback. The Cadillac was ready on time and very clean. I am looking forward to bring in the Subaru this A.M.
