I brought my car in to fix a cracked CUE screen. It took 2 visits. 1 for someone to take a look and order parts, and another appointment to install. It would've been perfect if I could've gotten everything taken care of in 1 visit. Otherwise, great service and quick turnaround.
The GM is a classy guy who sold me a car. If he hadn’t worked with me I’m sure I wouldn’t have purchased the car last Saturday. He should train all of the sales people how to do it... there was no pressure and he was very straight forward and upfront. Thanks for making the experience great Arun!
The customer service is wonderful; and the fact I was given a loaner comparable to my vehicle was an unexpected surprise. Offering a loaner vehicle was actually a surprise; though I was going to have to "Uber" home. The only concern would be the bug shield installed on my hood started peeling off while In was on the interstate. I pulled over and pushed it down on the hood. I will wait to see if it starts to come lose again before I call the service department. I am cautious about washing the vehicle for fear it will come lose in the car wash.
Lindsey, our customer service rep, did her best to help with a bad situation. Unfortunately due to a poor sunroof design the water leaked into our trunk and ruined the back hatch electronic and motor units. We regularly bring our car in for service and never have he sunroof drain lines been check nor is it identified as a maintence item in the car maintenance manual. We were unaware of the issue until both units had to be replaced. Disappointed....
My experience at Brotherton's car dealership is always a positive one. The sales/service department staff are always friendly and willing to answer any question's I may have about my vehicle. And, they always get the job done well and expediently. While I'm waiting for my car in the repair department I can watch TV, drink free coffee and eat snacks.
