Chris, the service consultant, checked me in immediately, asked for any issues besides the scheduled routine maintenance, informed me promptly about the results of my concerns and updated me when the services were completed. He and the service team could not have been more thorough and efficient! It is why I trust them with my vehicle!
This is our first GM product purchase. We had list of dealerships to visit in order to compare variants of the XT4’s available and dealerships. We did not have to go further than Brotherton because Gray Brady, or sales representative, connected so well with our family. I would also like to recognize Keith, detailer and vehicle prep technician. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail really made us feel we were purchasing a special vehicle that he took great pride in making sure was in ready for the customer to enjoy. Well, I scheduled an appoint to fix something. I had the car inspected. I was told you need some parts. So I had another apt scheduled. I figured you'll have all the parts. Well, you told me this will take a few hours, but when I came to the next apt you told me you actually need more parts and it will not be ready at that day. So I had to get a loaner car. Only loaner cars cannot be kept for more than 24 hours. I had to come 3 times to the dealership for a fix for a car that's not even 3 months old. Not happy at all. New cars should not have defects and if you have to fix an issue you have to respect my time. Next time, come to my house, pick the car and return it when you're done. This is what I would expect for a car that's almost $100K
My salesman was awesome, the gal that helped wirh signing paperwork always a pleasure. Arun worked hard to get us a good deal props to that but at the last minute assured me he had the price where we were supposed to be at and it wasn’t. I felt bad for the gal that had already re-done paperwork so I just signed as a curtosey to her working late and had being so busy. I know he worked hard no doubt, and I will go back BUT that was sneaky and hurt my feelings. I was very upfront about price, we drove 3 1/2 hours to the dealership, and he even said it was taken care of and he used my own Costco discount to get to a price that was discussed. BUT my costco discount was aside from the price we settled. I have a text showing that. I was a little disappointed in his actions.
