A. Yes, Shop Click Drive has a ‘Save & Exit’ button.

Look for "https" (instead of "http") in your address bar.
Locate and click on the lock icon on your web browser (in the address bar or near the bottom).

A. Shop Click Drive uses the NADA Trade-In Estimator or enter your own trade value for Brotherton to review.
Q. What if I have a lease trade-in?
A. Contact Brotherton at 425-336-1089 to start the lease trade-in process.
Q. Once I submit my online quote, how quickly will someone contact me?
A. During business hours, a Brotherton associate will contact you within an hour.
Q. How quickly can I take delivery of my new vehicle?
A. Brotherton typically request about 24 hours to prepare your new vehicle for you. If you happen to need it sooner, please let us know.
Q. Can I schedule a test drive to be done at my home?
A. No, but you can request a virtual tour by selecting ‘Send Virtual Tour’ button on the vehicle you like and a Brotherton associate will email or text you.
Q. What if I change my mind or don't like the actual vehicle when I test-drive it?
A. Prior to signing your paperwork at the time of delivery, you are under no obligation to purchase the vehicle. If you change your mind, let the dealer know prior to signing the final documents.
Q. How and when do we complete the final paperwork?
A. All final paperwork will be completed at your scheduled appointment, either at the dealership or can be scheduled at your home.
