In 2008, Brotherton Cadillac began hosting the opening night dinner for “Catch a Cure for Cancer”. Last year, they instituted the Brotherton Cadillac’s “Celebrity Steak-Out” and raised more than six-figures through the sold-out event.

Founded in 1976, SIFF is Seattle’s leading year-round film organization that brings the best in international and independent film to the Seattle area. Brotherton Cadillac has been sponsoring the Seattle International Film Festival since 2004.

Warren Miller Foundation

Hi to everyone at Brotherton who made SIFF at IPAC such a great event. It is one of the most fun things Ive done in a very long time. I know you made the new screen possible and that made the whole event possible here for Renton and Rentonites to easily enjoy SIFF.~To date weve seen 10 movies since Friday and tonite 2more...this event has given us an opportunity to go to new, local eateries as well in between films...I feel like I am on a "staycation" right in my own backyard! I sure hope many new entertainment happenings occur at IPAC after the lights go out on SIFF.

I've been a customer at Brotherton's service shop for the past few years, and just wanted to let you know that one of the main reasons I continue coming back is Theron Whitby. He always is very cordial and respectful on the phone and greets me by name when I arrive. He is helpful when I explain problems my truck is experiencing. Many service shops I have tried pressure me to complete work on my vehicle that I wonder if it's truly needed, but I never feel that pressure from Theron. He'll explain what the problem is (or sometimes tell me they couldn't find the problem), explain what your technicians have found, recommend if I should get it done now or later, answer any questions I have, and leave the decision to me. I really appreciate that he doesn't do the pressure sell. I also appreciate your shop's flexibility, always allowing me to leave my truck off overnight, even if it's just for an oil change, since Theron knows that is what works best for my work schedule.

As a manager myself, I know it's nice to receive unsolicited feedback about your employees, so I just wanted to let you know.

Just wanted to thank Brandee Miller and Troy Donald for the service they provided us. Of all the dealers we have visited in the past three months yours was among the top two for service, professionalism and just a general ease of the deal. I would like you to know what a Wonderful Employee you have named Theron. I had a flat tire on Sat. and he was busy with a skelton crew but said if I could leave my car he would fix it, I needed a loaner car and that was no problem for him to provide me with. I got to drive the CVS (Beautiful Car ) and I had never driven or been in a Cadillac. My Mom and I Loved Theran he was so very helpful to us and polite and very professional. We purchased a used Cadillac Escalade from Gary Hopkins in January of this year. Our family was looking to make the move to a larger vehicle and Gary helped us find the perfect used car. We had purchased another vehicle from Gary a few years back and the experience was extremely positive. In January 2010, I bought a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership. I really enjoyed working with Brandee Miller, Tom Gloster and Jade Wolters. I never felt at any instance that I was being pushed or forced to make a decision I was not comfortable with. Tom was very patient and flexible. He was so nice that he let me take the car (used car) for a whole day so that I can show it to the mechanic. He did not even ask for any collateral. Brandee & Jade were very prompt in getting back to me. I will definitely recommend Brotherton to all my friends.

Thank you to Brotherton Cadillac and Brad Brotherton for extending gracious customer service! We bought our 2007 Acadia from you. It was the first sold in Washington State. We have always received great service when bringing our car in for oil changes and services, but this time it is exceptional. Our manufactures warranty just expired and although we purchased an extended warranty, it didn't cover the leaking headlight glass. The cost of repair was going to be approximately $1200.00 with labor. Chris in the service dept. said he would speak to the management and see if Brotherton could offset the cost for customer good will. When he phoned a day later, he told us that Brotherton and GMC were going to cover the cost 100% because the manufacturer's warranty was just barely expired and we had been faithful customers. WOW. Wonderful! In this economy we would not have been able to have the headlight replaced. THANK YOU for outstanding customer service. We know where we will by our cars and who we will always recommend. Brotherton is the best!

When we found out that the Pontiac Grand Prix was not going to be built anymore we decided we needed one. Naturally contacting our local dealers in this area Northern Wisconsin they did us NO favors to get us in a '08 GP. The last resort was a dealer from my home town got us a name of only two dealers in the US (Kentucky and Washington) that had exactly what we wanted. After calling the closer of the two dealerships, we were introduced to Dan Skjonsberg at Brotherton. My first call to the dealership told myself that this guy was the one I would buy a car from and we did. My brother flew from Green Bay to Seattle WA and Dan took care of everything he was the greatest! Picked up my brother from the airport on his day off and handled everything very professionally Thanks Dan
