Once again I had a very positive experience at Brotherton from the service desk to the waiting room desk. The salesman that sold me the Escalade saw me in the showroom. We had a nice talk about my car and some of my recent travels. (he remebered that I enjoy traveling).
I love the service department and will continue to bring my STS to Brotherton for service because they are my nearest Cadillac dealer. I'm considering replacing my 2008 STS but will NEVER give my business to a company that employs a professional athlete who disrespects our country's flag and national anthem. When Michael Bennet is removed as a spokesperson for Brotherton, and when he publicly apologizes for his disrespect, I would consider going back to Brotherton Cadillac/Buick/GMC
