My family and I have developed a positive relationship with the Brotherton Cadillac team over the last 6 yrs and three new cars. Our customer experience has been excellent throughout the sales process and service.
Was not looking to put money into a used car that I had only purchased weeks before! I think that knowing there is an issue with the limited slip rearend disc sticking, and having to put a synthetic lube in the rear differential should have been part by of the resale of the vehicle! This would have surely helped in getting customers to return for further purchases and along with that the 90,000 mile service should have been a great heads up prior to purchase. I know that if this is not made right I will not be making any further purchases there and I will not be recommending anyone there as my family had done for me! I am sorry but I am not a happy customer.
I received a confirmation of my online appointment, however when I arrived I was told there was a mix up with my online appointment. Chris still accommodated my original online appointment request to have my car serviced that day.
Chris Ringhofer; your service advisor, was outstanding. He is always very professional, understanding, courteous, and a great asset to your team. Eric; one of your service technicians was great to work with as well. He diagnosed the issues with my vehicle correctly and made the repair on time and to my satisfaction. I am a long time customer at Brotherton Cadillac and would highly recommend their dealership.
