First time leasing a vehicle and the whole staff was great at educating me, got the terms I wanted and the car I love! felt no pressure either. Will definitely be a Brotherton Cadillac customer and will recommend them highly!
I still find it hard to believe that the problem I had with my car, sensor failure was not covered under warranty and that I did something to cause the problem, when I know I never scraped the bottom of my car on anything and I don't understand why a wire with a sensor attached to it would be affected even if I did.
There were some significant service problems on this particular visit--- when I picked up my car, I discovered that the windshield got broken at the dealership; my radio got replaced but they did not reconnect me to the satellite provider so I had no connection; and they did not fix the tire sensor monitor, which was one of the reasons for my visit. The reason I can still give "fair" reviews in my numbers above is strictly because of my service advisor, Chris Ringhofer, who went way above and beyond to help solve problems that were not of his making. Chris is an outstanding employee, and he should be recognized for his service excellence. Without him, I am sorry to say this experience would have been zero stars, and zero likely tor recommend. He really saved the day, for me and for Brotherton. Had everyone on the team done their job the way Chris did, my scores would uniformly be 100%. Way to go, Chris!
Smooth. It was like clockwork, everyone knew their jobs and it was a great experience. The entire staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Went to Bellevue Cadillac beforehand and it couldn't be more opposite.
Chris was awesome, he was very gracious with my little 18 month old, which made it easier as my son is a hand full. Chris was fast and informative and made the process super easy! I will only go to Brotherton Cadillac.
currently own two Porsches (911 Turbo, Cayenne Turbo) and two Raptors (2014 Rouse Spec Edition and 2017...and now a new Escalade (our 3rd one).I share this only to ensure that you understand that we have had many very positive experiences purchasing high end vehicles. With that said, Ramon provided an absolute 5 star guest experience. He was prompt, contacting me within an hour of my email inquiry (a second Cadillac dealer didn’t contact us for 1.5 days), overcommunicated throughout the purchase process, including coming in on his day off to meet with me, and made the entire experience very positive. Your company is lucky to have such a professional sales person representing your Brands. I will definitely buy from him again.
