  • After driving an ATS as a rental car I immediately fell in love with its sharp handling, refined interior and powerful but milage efficient powerplant and took a look around the area to see if I could find a car with what I wanted. After search a while I found Brotherton Cadillac and met Troy and Ryan virtually. They were both super responsive and able to quickly answer the questions I had and find me a car that was specific to my needs (no sunroof as I am tall).   • TO: Brotherton Cadillac I would like to share my experience with your dealership.Never in my many years of driving have I been at a loss for words in describing a positive experience with ANY dealership but here it goes.I went in for the first oil change on my new XTS and have a wheel looked at later I was told by one of Brad Hamilton team members there were some recalls that were needed to be done and those items was replaced at no charge as were the loner car Brad was also kind enough to make sure that my tank was filled with gas.And to top that,I was presented with a Cadillac pre-paid Visa card $$ for my troubles. If this is the new General Motors then you got a customer for life!I am beyond satisfied and still in disbelief from what I received from your service department.   • Brought in my 2001 Cadillac DTS for a oil change after a 4,000 mile trip. The service was excellent and prompt. Marvin the Service advisor came and talked to me about my 24 point free check up and siad my low beam headlight was out. They fixed it right away. They washed my car was too! The owner, Brad came and we had a nice conversation. I have been going to their dealership for over 10 years, and it is like a extended family when I go there. All of our vechiles are serviced there.
