The service center had the problem identified and resolved by the afternoon of the day I brought the vehicle in. They also provided me with a free loaner vehicle for a few days.   • Brought my 04 CTS for electrical problems. This turned out to be mice or rats that nested under the hood and dined on wires and other plastic components. (We had left the CTS in our carport during an extended vacation.) By happy coincidence, Amy Brotherton's near perfect and low mileage CTS Sport wagon was in the shop being "preped" for sale. I had been looking through the internet for a CTS Wagon and that one looked like a good match. Jay (a knowlegable mechanic)even put it up on the hoist for an inspection and quick "CTS 101" course.
